What do you sell?

We sell authentic blind box plushies in unused, new conditions from brands like POP MART, Top Toy, etc.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship in 1-2 business days, and we currently offer a standard shipping with a transit time of 7-14 business days.

Do you have a warrenty?

Yes, we have. Our products are all Authenticity Guaranteed. The items that you will be receiving will be authentic items, or your money back! IMPORTANT: NO WARRANTY IF WITHOUT THE FULLY UNBOXED VIDEO.

Why my package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received?

The following situations may occured:

Carrier marked your package as delivered before it actually has been.
The package has been delivered to a different spot than the normal place.
The package has been delivered to your neighbors.

The package appear to be missing often shows up in few days.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are only accepted for blind boxes that are unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.

No returns or cancellations once the blind box is opened( Including the box opened in Tiktok LIVE). Opened blind boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Where do you ship?

We offer global shipping to most countires around the world, and offer free shipping on orders over $39 USD (Temporarily $49 USD on order to the U.S. due to the tariff policies).
